I’ve been using this weighted exercise hoop and it’s been a great workout tool. The ABS material feels very sturdy and durable, and the detachable links make it easy to adjust for a comfortable fit. Once assembled, it stays in place and moves smoothly without getting noisy or stuck.

Using it for about 30–45 minutes really gets my heart rate up and works my core, making it both fun and effective. It feels much more engaging than a regular hula hoop and holds up well with daily use. Overall, it’s a solid, well-made exercise hoop that delivers a great workout and is easy to customize.

Does is jobs and easy for first timers. Spins pretty well just a little loud. Nothing ear phones can't fix

It’s a little bit of a learning curve but I’m sure with more practice I can get it down. There was a couple times the rotating device got snagged and didn’t want to roll. If you go fast enough it might bypass that. The belt wrap felt comfortable and snug I wouldn’t use the hoop without it because it will probably hurt and rub too much. Only used a couple times so far but beware of your surroundings for kids and pets. Cool concept for a fun workout.

Serves the purpose but is super loud when in use and sometimes comes undone.

I've had this hoop for 7 days today and I'm about to remove my first link. The noise level isn't bad at all, doesn't bother my 3 kids or husband. I usually go for an hour and 20 minutes everyday. It's so much fun and I'm getting great cardio with it. I either listen to music or watch something while I hoop. Sometimes I use hand weights with it to get more out of it. I'm aware that other products like this exist but it's a great price and it works great! I highly recommend if your bored with regular cardio. I pair this with weightlifting 4 days a week and it works! Make sure you have some type of barrier between your skin and the hoop or it will leave little scratches on the skin from the little nubs on the inside.

This was incredibly easy to assemble. I didn’t even need the directions. I opened the box and maybe within five minutes was ready to go. Its easy to undo and snap back together to take on and off. I wear a size 20 and this thing worked perfectly I actually took two links off to fit snug around my waist. Its really not that noisy. My dog slept on the couch while I used it and hes a nervous dog so I was impressed it wasnt louder and he didnt freak out. I could still talk to my kids and we could hear each other fine over the noise. It is very smooth and doesnt get caught at all. The rope the weight hangs on is adjustable and I did shorten it some it was easier to use that way. It was really a lot of fun using it and my kids thought it was hilarious.
