    Very stable with 2 medium sized people (300# total weight). Responsive customer service. A plug had fallen out of the box, so I was missing a drain plug. I emailed and they could not send me an individual plug, but they gave me a much appreciated refund for a % of my cost. I found a rubber plug at ACE Hardware for $3.50 and it works perfectly.

    First time out crack in gunnel with large male in back-about 250 lbs-didn't recognize until right before next time out -thought would be okay -above water-large male in back 250+-started taking on water and sunk-required open water rescue on Puget Sound-fortunately only about 100 yards from shore or people may have died.
    Company totally unresponsive to multiple attempted calls and e-mail detailing my safety concern.

    Great Kayak! Bought it for my husband and he loves it. He took our daughter and puppy out with him and said it was super easy to paddle on his own. Handled easily in the water and was very comfortable. The only downside is that it is very heavy to handle on your own. Also, arrived with a cracked paddle and customer service was super quick to resolve the issue.

    Came on time and in great condition as expected. Only 3 stars cus I did not receive the Paddles, 1 star for each. Would've been a 5.

    Only thing that cost a star out of this product is that before I even get to use it, the front handle broke on me carrying it to the bay, and one of their round metal hinges that are screwed on the kayak was just lost somehow. Not big deals though since we enjoyed it all and had so much fun! Was able to fit in 2 adults, a toddler and my 2 year with no problem while paddling in the bay, but for fishing I wouldn’t try more than 2 for sure. Delivery was fast too
