Will this mat catch the litter kicked out of the box and from my cat’s paws?
Yes. Depending on litter box size, you can either buy a mat that goes in front of the box if that is where most of the mess is. Or, you can buy one big enough to go under the box and cover the front. Either way, this will trap any spilled litter.
Will this hurt my cat’s paws?
No! We have tested this out with plenty of cats and they find it so comfortable that some even take naps on it.
Is this easy to clean? What if my cat pees on it?
This mat is super easy to clean. You can either shake it off into the trash can or vacuum it. If your cat accidentally pees on it, do not put it in the washing machine. Instead, get some mild soap and water, scrub and rinse in a sink, and air dry.
Will this slip on hardwood or tile floors?
No, the backing on this litter mat is made of rubber, so it will not slide on your floors. This will protect your floors and keep your kitty safe.
Is this mat safe for pets?
Yes. This mat is BPA-free, phthalate-free, and safe for pets.
