Easy to use, good price, compact
This set is perfect! I had always wanted to try Pilates but never knew where to start and this was the perfect set for me! It comes with poses to do and all the accessories you need! The size is perfect to store and doesn’t take up too much space in my apartment. I like that you get the value for the money you pay and how easy it is to use. When I use the set I feel its effectiveness on my muscles. I will be recommending this to friends and family because of its simplicity, compactness, durability and price point.

    I love this!! I've been interested in Pilates for a while but don't have the funds for an actual class. The kit is very nice and it comes with a poster of possible exercises to use each item with. I love it!!

    Nice little Pilates set! I only wish it had a video to follow for the exercises but there are no links for that. The little bag that it comes with will not fit the ball or the round exerciser without compressing it. Just a few inches bigger would have solved that. It comes with a poster to do exercises but it's hard to know what to do in some, without hurting yourself, without a video.

    Out of the box, one of the foam pads from the ring was stuck to the exercise chart, but I was able to detach it without damage and reattach it properly. I also noticed a tiny hole near the ball’s inflation point, but it didn’t affect inflation or performance. The ring was slightly compressed to fit inside the box, but it bounced back into shape once unzipped and freed.

    The resistance bands come in four levels, which is great for scaling intensity, and the yoga strap adds versatility.
