I bought two of these shampoo bowls two weeks ago, and delivery was on time; however, the hair trap leaks. The company should've sent a washer, maybe that would solve the problem. Also, I had to buy a stainless steel hair strainer because the one that came with the bowl was thin and wouldn't screw onto the sink properly. Also, some of the pipes were flimsy and cheap; I had to buy more sturdy ones. The wall attachment bracket is also weak, making the sinks a bit unstable.
I contacted the company to send a new hair trap, but haven't heard from them. I have to pay the plumber again to put the new hair trap on when I get it. It's too costly to remove the sinks and send them back. My suggestion, find another shampoo bowl if you plan to buy one and leave this one alone.
I don't like giving negative reviews, but I wouldn't want anyone with limited funds, especially trying to open a salon, to have the same bad experience.
