Great watch, looks great, be warned do not let your watch die or get a new phone bc if you do customer service through Withing's is absolutely atrocious. I did, and now I cannot access the app whatsoever and they requested a copy of my DL, which I think is odd, and they were adamite that they needed it, once I loaded it they said they would get back to me and could not give me a timeframe. That is extremely poor customer service and I've never even had that much trouble through apple. Extremely sad to pay $270 for a watch that you cannot utilize the app for after getting a new phone due to their MFA and not being an easy fix after providing ALL the requested information.

Amazing battery life, and looks great. I wanted a watch that doesn't look like a smartwatch, but gives me all of the core benefits of one — texts, fitness tracking, etc. It's been rock-solid for me, and is less bulky than my Fitbit was. Completely recommend this.

This is my new everyday watch, it’s a beautiful time piece packed with features that work seamlessly with the Withings app and the best part is I don’t have to charge it everyday like my previous smartwatch my favorite feature is the sleep tracking that I don’t have to choose between charging the watch or going to sleep

STOPS CHARGING, EASY FIX! 4 stars only because of the weird need to RESET the watch every once and a while (HOLD DOWN THE BUTTON FOR 20 SECONDS). It was a really hard solution to find online. IT WORKED GREAT! Now my watch charges again. The stopping charging is a major problem on a smart watch and it is consistent in the reviews, so the fact that it needs to just be turned off and on should be more accessible information.

This watch has been an answer to our prayers! Full smart watch functionality, but without the need to look at ANOTHER SCREEN throughout the day. It looks sleek, classy, and many people give it compliments! My husband was so excited to get it and use the sleep tracking! He really enjoys the ability to use the information to live a healthier lifestyle.

It is easy to use, the APP on the phone easily connects.

Without hesitation, buy this watch! Much better than other smart watches on the market.

I like Withings watches, traditional look and great smart electronic features, but their customer service is pitiful.
Withings had approved a replacement of my scanwatch after extensive communication regarding water damage and a dead LED screen. I was instructed to return the broken watch using a pre-paid label and it was delivered to Withings.
Since then silence and the ticket is closed.
in ccl: very difficult to have a contact, months to have the garantee honored and then when original watch received, ticket closed and no more answer. Sad, nice product and such a bad service.

I wanted to love this…but it doesn't track steps with any accuracy. I've had fitbits for a dozen years and wanted something that looked better – this does that! Looks great, especially for a woman's wrist (all the smart watches seem to be bro-size…) But I know when I've had a 5k day vs. a 10k day, and this watch doesn't. I wore it wide by side with my fitbit and it was ridiculous how different the numbers were. Oh, it got heart rate correct, but there's a lag. Oh, I was beating at 122 eight minutes ago? That's…not helpful really.

Also, if you are a right-hand wearer, beware, to see stats you have to click the watch dial and turn it, which is awkward on your right.
So, if you are a left-wearing watch person who doesn't care about step count, and just wants a decent heart rate monitor, I guess this is for you?
