The camera’s battery may be depleted.

Please follow the charging instructions in the manual before use.

Do I need to subscribe to cloud storage to use the camera?

No, the camera comes with free cloud storage (6-second clips).

For longer recording times, you can subscribe to premium cloud storage or use a TF card (up to 128GB).

Does the camera have auto-tracking functionality?

No, the current standard wireless cameras do not offer this feature.

If you need this functionality, please consider choosing AOV or plug-in cameras.

What should I do if motion detection is too sensitive or not sensitive enough?

The camera’s motion detection sensitivity can be adjusted within the app.

If you only want to detect people, enable Human Detection in the AI features (subscription required).

Why can’t the camera connect to WiFi?

For the first connection, please follow the steps in the manual.

If both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands are available, ensure the camera is connected to the 2.4GHz network.
